Location and Parking
Tulsa's office market offers free parking outside of the downtown sector. The cost for parking downtown varies between surface lots and covered garages. Expect to pay between $85 to $140 per space in covered parking. About half that in the surface lots.
Add on Factors
The Usable SF and the Rentable SF measurements vary from building to buliding in the Tulsa office market. Generally, they are at or below 15%. This factor depends on the ratio internally between common areas and tenant usable space.
Full Service Leases
